The front-of-house Mobile Extraction System with an integrated carbon filtration unit is designed to handle 700mm deep appliances. It effectively extracts cooking odors and smoke particles from above the appliances, making it ideal for open cooking environments.

Equipped with six electrical sockets (2 x 230V, 4 x 3-phase), the system features an open front with an air curtain that prevents fumes from escaping, allowing customers to enjoy a clear view of the cooking process. This combination of functionality and design enhances both the cooking experience and the customer atmosphere.
