The Palux Topline is a heavy-duty modular cookline, designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Appliances are connected using the Palux patented joining system, which utilizes camlocks and a gasket seal to securely hold units together, preventing movement and leakage between units.

The modular design allows appliances to be easily separated, swapped, or relocated to suit evolving menu needs, offering a fully adaptable cooking suite. The front facia panel is available in either grey or black, and the control systems can be either manual or digital, providing options to match your kitchen’s requirements.
