The Palux FER400 Electric Indirect Heat Boiling Pan is designed for high-output volume catering. Featuring the innovative Permapress enclosed heating system, it provides quick heat-up times and does not require a water supply, eliminating concerns about scaling in hard water areas.

The pan is compatible with 1/1 GN containers up to 200mm deep. Its electronic controls offer four fast activation settings for time and temperature, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking.
