Features:

Supplied with 8 pasta baskets in 2 banks of 4 - each fitted with individual timed automatic basket lifts
Pasta boiler tanks and heating elements are manufactured using marine grade 316 stainless steel - will not corrode due to salt in water
Low level water sensor - switches off heating elements so preventing tank and element damage
5 x 1/6gn container capacity (not supplied) heated bain marie - fitted with automatic water fill and low water level sensor
Bain marie is fitted with adjustable temperature controls
Fitted with refrigerated well - will hold 4 x 1/6gn containers - ideal for ingredient storage
Fitted with 4 drawers of understorage refrigeration - 1/1gn size (these can be made for frozen storage at an additional cost)
All stainless steel construction - durable and easy to clean
