Combined pasta machine
Ingredients are simply added into the top hopper, they are then mixed and kneaded before being extruded through the bronze die
Hopper capacity = 10kg - fitted with lid safety switch
Hourly production of Extruded pasta (Penne etc) = 55kg - choice of dies, dies are not included please see "Dies sheet" and ring office for prices
All stainless steel construction - easy to clean and durable
Supplied with an automatic cutting knife
Open circuit water cooled extruding sleeve - keeps pasta from warming up when being extruded. (Closed circuit can be supplied as an extra option)
Supplied with mobile stand and tray support shelf
