Features:

Induction technology gives fast heat up times - unit gets to temperature in 3 to 4 minutes. Due to the quick reaction time of Induction the plate temperature does not fall when loaded with cold items
Precise Electronic controls keeps temperatures to within 5ºC of the set cooking temperature
Fitted with 3 x 5kw heating elements each individually controlled
The cooking plate is manufactured of hardened Chrome. Chrome is a far better cooking medium than steel - it retains the heat within the chrome therefore reduces heat loss and saves energy. The food is not absorbed into the Chrome which makes for easy cleaning of the chrome griddle - just wipe down with warm water.
