The De Danieli Planetary High-Temperature Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle uses mineral oil in the heating jacket, eliminating the need for constant refilling, unlike water-filled models.

Simple to use, it features a one-directional, two-speed mixer, making it ideal for cooking medium- to low-density products. The high-temperature cooking capability ensures efficient and consistent results.

Features:

  • Planetary High temperature Indirect heat cooking  - these models are ideal for Creams, Eclairs, dough etc
  • Capacities - 60, 120, 150 or 200 Litres
  • Kettle jacket is filled with Mineral oil - does not boil dry like water jacket - needs refilling every 18 months
  • Kettle finish - Cooking tank is made of 304 foodgrade stainless steel
  • Easy to use controls - with electronic thermostat, timer and alarm  - temperature range 20 to 190ºC
  • Manual tilting of kettle by use of hand wheel - no motorized tilt option
  • Inbuilt Planetary movement stirrer - 2 speed single rotation stirrer or Variable speed version, easily removable for cleaning - stirrer is fitted with side and base scrappers
  • Lid safety switch - when opened stirrer switches off
  • Fitted with castors as standard
  • Fitted with Oil life counter - advises you when to refill jacket oil on all models, except 30, 50 60 litre models where it can be fitted as an option
  • Finish - 304 stainless steel to all exposed surfaces
  • Castors cannot be fitted to these machines
