The Baratta PRAF-220 Cook/Chill Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is perfect for cooking stews, sauces, stocks, and more. Its water jacket heating system ensures no direct contact with the kettle, preventing product burning.

The kettle features a programmable inbuilt stirrer that rotates in both directions for even mixing. With motorized tilting for safe and easy emptying, it also offers a cook/chill function, allowing products to be chilled in the kettle using an external water chiller that circulates chilled water through the jacket.

  • Easy to use programmable touchscreen controls  - allows you to program at the touch of a button entire recipes with different stages of cooking with Mixer, temperature, time and water filling settings. Can also be used in manual mode.
  • Electric Indirect heat - 220 Litre capacity
  • The water jacket has an automatic fill system with safety shut off system - this prevents it boiling dry - the jacket is also used to chill the product once cooking is completed
  • Water treatment system must be fitted to jacket water supply
