The Baratta PRAF-100 Cook/Chill Electric Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle is perfect for cooking stews, sauces, stocks, and more. Its water jacket heating prevents direct heat contact, reducing the risk of burning.

The programmable, inbuilt stirrer rotates in both directions for even mixing. Featuring motorized tilting for easy emptying, this kettle also offers a cook/chill function, allowing the product to be chilled directly in the kettle through an external water chiller feeding chilled water into the jacket.

Features:

  • Easy to use programmable touchscreen controls  - allows you to program at the touch of a button entire recipes with different stages of cooking with Mixer, temperature, time and water filling settings. Can also be used in manual mode.
  • Electric Indirect heat - 110 Litre capacity
  • The water jacket has an automatic fill system with safety shut off system - this prevents it boiling dry - the jacket is also used to chill the product once cooking is completed
  • Water treatment system must be fitted to jacket water supply 
  • Fitted with high pressure release valve to jacket
  • Cooking tank is made of 316 marine grade stainless steel resistant to acidic based products
  • Controls allow automatic water fill of kettle to pre set amount
