The Baratta PGRM-220E Gas Indirect Heat Tilting Kettle with inbuilt stirrer is designed for high-efficiency cooking of stews, sauces, stocks, and more. The water jacket heating system ensures that there is no direct contact between the heat source and the kettle, preventing burning and preserving the quality of delicate products.

The programmable, inbuilt stirrer rotates in both directions to ensure even and thorough mixing, saving time and labor. The motorized tilting feature allows for quick and safe emptying, making this kettle an excellent choice for busy kitchens that require consistent results and ease of use.
